Crime

Dear Mr President. I don't know how to start this letter and I don't know how I'm feeling right now. When we got news that we have a new president, we were grateful and felt a sense of hope that many changes are to come. I'm not referring to money, jobs, education but the safety of our children and ourselves. I'm from cape Town. The place where a female goes missing, raped and killed only for the president to visit their house and say "I'm sorry". What does that even mean? You're sorry up until the next female is gone? What then? What happens when the next one goes missing. Yes most of the time it's by someone known to the family but nothing stops that family from hurting. Let me put it to you this way and I do apologize for making this example but you have daughters. Grown...

Yes, beyond any doubt, we all agree that RCMP Patrick Kelly was corrupt to the max. However he did not murder his wife according to Bruce Gorcyca who met the killer eating sushi in Toronto. Although Kelly has already served 23 years in a Canadian prison for the crime, he has rightfully maintained his innocence. Here is the shocking story of justice manipulated for the sake of political convenience... Source: https://patrickkellyisinnocentofmurder.wordpress.com Over the years, the FBI became aware of Kelly's innocence and did absolute nothing, since to do so would expose the serious crimes of two very corrupt FBI agents on both sides of the border. In both law enforcement and politics, silence is often convenient and very self-serving. QUOTE: Patrick Kelly with his wife...

Seriously friends, this government censorship is staring to resemble that of China that we Americans rant about all the time. Are we the pot calling the kettle black? Check this out... First, the FBI seize this man's book manuscripts in Ohio at gunpoint without a court order or warrant (1999). Then they extradite him from Canada in 2007 (after he rewrote it) on fabricated charges that are dismissed by an honest Brooklyn judge in 2007 (Jack B. Weinstein in EDNY Case No. 07-CR-608). Then just a few months ago in 2019, the FBI kidnap his ass out of China on the same identical charges that Judge Weinstein dismissed! Again, the new judge is not going to put his name on the political persecution and he (Judge Block) also dismisses the charges (EDNY case no. 08-CR-09) So like, WTF?!?...

Vo Tran an elite member of the FBI's secret Division 5 Special Operations Group for 11 years was praised by both Senators John Glenn and Fred Thompson for his meticulous work investigating the Chinagate scandal for the U.S. Senate. It has been since labeled "the biggest government scandal in U.S. history" and is summarized here at Wikipedia in the most objective and factual way to date. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1996_United_States_campaign_finance_controversy What surfaced revealed that at least $8 million dollars from China sources linked to the Chinese government, found its way into DNC coffers. Not long afterwards Clinton gifted America's "super chip" to the Chinese as an ostensible gesture of goodwill to assist their space program. The very same chip soon found it's way...

CA Senate Bill No. 1437: From the Perspective of a Victim of Crime Have you ever met a victim of crime? Victims are not typically vocal about it because it is excruciatingly painful to recount to others, let alone new friends. Being a victim of a crime is not the first topic when introducing one self. Is it supposed to come out like being vegan? You know, where it’s the first thing you blurt out after your name? Hi, I’m Elizabeth, and I’m vegan. Imagine that? Hi, I am Elizabeth, and I’m a victim of crime. Members of a criminal street gang murdered my brother Sammy in a fight a few days before Christmas 2008; how do you do? The members of said criminal street gang were found guilty and sentenced accordingly. Many say time heals all wounds, but it doesn’t. There’s unseen grief....

In the cases of juveniles that have committed major crimes such as murder, the children, pre-teens, or teenagers have been treated as children rather than adults. Which is the main problem I want to reveal to parents that have “perfect little angels” for children. I am a 17 year-old highschooler who wants to be heard because I feel like teenagers are either never considered adults and are ignored in most discussions. My main message is that juveniles should be charged as adults in cases such as murder and other serious crimes, and be held accountable for malicous intent, because they are still aware of the crimes they commit despite still developing as young adults. They are no longer innocent children, as much as the parents of juveniles will try to convince you. Teeneagers are...

Juveniles This is a message to any lawyers or people who have occupations connected to the topic of juveniles committing crimes. When the word “juveniles” comes up in a conversation, people tend to think that it means a troubled young person, but it just means a young person. The word is mostly used when children, teens, or young people commit crimes. However, when the crime they commit is so serious, they are no longer looked as “juveniles,” but instead as adults. In some states, whenever a juvenile commits a serious crime like murder, they get charged for the crimes as adults. They would end with a 5 to10 or maybe even a life years sentence in prison But is it okay for juveniles to be charged like adults for their crimes? I think juveniles have to be responsible for their actions,...

Dear Prince Hamdan, I hope this letter finds you well. This is to raise my concern on the widespread and increasing number of impostors and scammers who introduce themselves as you, lure women for love and marriage, and eventually extort money from them. This is not to say that you are at all connected to them but I find many reasons to believe that on top of the usual police investigation, you are a critical character who can put a stop on this international crime. The following are my reasons: 1. Of all the popular figures who are being impersonated for fraud, you are the only one who has the most available resources online from photos to videos. Your adventures and life in general are so open to the public. Copies of videos and photos are everywhere which are used by scammers to...

We have video of Former Vice President Joe Biden admitting, ON CAMERA, that he committed a crime by withholding $1bn in aid to the Ukrainian government if they do not fire a prosecutor that was investigating a company that Hunter Biden, son of Joe Biden, worked for. It has also been reported by sources not friendly to The President, that Joe was aware of this and that the prosecutor was seeking an interview with Hunter Biden. This is clearly a "quid pro quo" and even Chris Cuomo over at CNN, another source not friendly nor fair to The President, admitted this is "quid pro quo" https://www.foxnews.com/media/cnn-chris-cuomo-biden-quid-pro-quo.amp. This is a crime. Here's my question: Does the mere act of running for the Presidency of the United States, grant some sort of immunity...
