MAKE MONEY EASY We are two independent videogame developers. We chose to publish this open letter anonymously. After years of collaboration on various major videogames for PC, we decided to jump into the mobile market in 2018 in order to secure ourselves a relatively stable source of income. Once we had a small prototype of an endless runner, we started pitching it to various mobile publishers and were contacted by a big publisher of hypercasual games, a genre we did not even know yet. A Skype call and in a few days visions of enormous incomes were presented to us: the publisher promised us incredibly high figures for our small game, reported with order in a contract. We were thrilled, excited: the small prototype we had was easily achievable for our skills and we were sure we could...

Date: May 06th, 2020 To, The Municipal Officer Jaipur Nagar Nigam Jaipur Sub: Application to Convert Residential Property to Commercial Respected Sir, I am writing this letter to request you to please accept my application for converting my residential building into a commercial one. My building is located close to New Atish Market, Mansarovar, Jaipur. I had constructed this residential complex with an intention to have an additional income but due to increased commercial activities in that area, there are no residential buildings in proximity and no families are keen on staying in this area. Because this building is a residential one, there are hardly any occupants in the building. On the contrary, there are many companies interested to take a space on rent in the...

An Open Letter to TCG Player I felt compelled to write this letter as talk of unionizing has become public and posted several places on social media. My husband in fact did not ask me to write it and has not really asked me to feel one way or another about the unionizing that is happening. The TLDR version is as the wife of one of your warehouse employees you have always gone above and beyond to make me feel like part of a community. My husband has loved his job from day one. It truly seems to be a great place to work. I truly do not believe TCG Player needs a union. When my husband first started working for TCG player I firmly believed he was getting to be part of something amazing. He was volunteering, he was participating in community held clubs and events, he was making...

The time has come for shareholders to stand up for shareholder interests. As per regulatory filings, accesso launched a formal sale process on 24 July “following the receipt of approaches from a number of parties regarding a potential sale of the Company.” [1] The Board expressed its opinion of refreshed indications of interest on 15 October, [2] then provided further update on 13 November. [3] However, the Board decided to end the process on 23 January. [4] Throughout, the Board’s choice of words on the matter has been unsatisfyingly non-specific. As a result, shareholders don’t have a clear of idea of what was proposed, what was demanded, or how far apart the sides were. The vagueness of the Board’s statements allows shareholders to wonder: Is there a difference of opinion...

A companies success in large part is determined by the quality of the people hired and quality employees that stay on at an organization even when they have opportunity elsewhere. This memo will look into current and proposed ways of hiring, information around hiring practices, and deliver ways to more effectively retain and keep the best talent for Amazon. The current way most HR departments handle hiring practices leads to a Day 2 organization. Currently top talent is hunted after for what they have already done in the workforce with the thought that if someone was successful in a similar role at another organization they will be successful at Amazon. Currently Amazon has thousands of empty positions for skilled workers. This number will grow as the demand and the unavailability of...

Dear Mr. Perry, What does a person have to do to get you to take time to read their resume and cover letter and respond. I am not asking for charity, only a chance and someone to open a door for me. I have three degrees I consider toliet paper, because with limited work experience nobody wants to take a chance on me. I am not 20 or 30-something, I am poor, and rely on others to get me through. This was not the plan I had for my life. Finally, I am not out take someone's job and if you read my resume/cover letter, both will tell you what type of job I am seeking. I do not want to have to get Madea to handle the siruation.

When I took a job with CVS Pharmacy, at first, I was just looking for a way out of a job where supervisors were horrible at their jobs and being a subordinate, my job was to just take it. Nothing ever really gets done to management, right? Little did I know that this wasn’t a fluke. Little did I know that no matter where you go, managers were always going to be the worst part of the job. I think this is mainly due to it being harder to find qualified people to fill positions like store or district managers. So, big corporations like CVS Pharmacy look to protect them more than caring for the little people who are actually doing most of the work. For a while I thought I had a home with CVS but that was not the case. I started working for CVS in 2016. At first, I was bored. It was...
