I am absolutely fed up and disgusted with the lack of concern surrounding this whole situation. How do you guys sit here and listen to my mother and father talk about how endangered this poor little 5 year old girl is and do NOTHING about it? How do you live with yourselves knowing this little girl is forced to spend time with someone who mentally and physically abuses her? I have been living with this for 6 years now and I am sick and tired of the greediness of everyone involved in this. The guardian does absolutely NOTHING for my sister, never checks up on her, never talks to her. No one seems to care. This poor little girl is in therapy and she is 5. A 5 year old is suppose to be playing with her toys, playing outside with her friends, NOT at some illegal guys apartment with another little girl that abuses her and being told she is going to Mexico with her biological father. No 5 year old little girl deserves to wake up with the fear of getting kidnapped. It's not right. She does not feel safe when she is around this man. Why do you still force her to be around him? Do you really think this is going to benefit anything? Why should a man that doesn't pay child support be allowed to see his child? Oh wait, I forgot. He is ILLEGAL too. Drives illegally, with my sister in the car, which is against court order. I just don't get it. Why isn't someone doing something about this? My sister had marks on her wrist from being tied up, my mom told CPS. They did NOTHING. Is giving visitation rights to an Illegal man that threatens my family and threatens to kidnap my little sister more important then a child's safety? I can't believe their are people out there that are so selfish and greedy they can't even protect a 5 year old girl from her psycho biological father that does nothing but lie. He goes into court and tells you guys he doesn't drive. Bull crap. Why do you guys keep covering up lies for this sicken man? Get him mental help, don't let him see his daughter. I am terrified of getting told my sister has been kidnapped. How would you like it if you went to pick your child up from her fathers house and they weren't there? What about if they were on their way to Mexico and you have no idea if your child is safe or not? You would be scared right? Exactly. So why in the hell are you still letting this continue? I don't understand. I am fed up, I am disgusted, and I am scared. I am not stopping until something is done about this.
