Dear Jill and Supporters,
I hear you - you want so many wonderful changes, changes that I want to see, too. You are angry at the status quo, upset about the inequality and all of the “isms” and feel that radical change is needed. I understand and I agree. Like you, I want climate action, racial justice, criminal justice, a fair economic system and major reform to the political system and government as a whole.
At this hour, Jill - amazing public servant that you are - you are still polling at best at 3%. I believe the time has come for you to demonstrate your true dedication to America, to democracy and to planet Earth. Please, please, step down from the 2016 Presidential race and place your full support behind Hillary Clinton.
You have proudly served your cause and your country by galvanizing many liberals and young people, and many stewards of the Earth; by bringing, like Bernie Sanders, many critical issues to the forefront and into the conversation; and by demonstrating that love trumps hate over and over again in your career.
You have served well and honorably and the ripples of your strength, integrity and action will be felt for a long time to come.
But, now, the physical reality is that there truly are only two viable candidates: Hillary Clinton and Donald J. Trump. Without a doubt, your supporters are only taking potential votes away from Hillary Clinton and making a Trump presidency - and, I believe, global disaster - inevitable.
I implore you to remember why you went into service, and into this race - your message has been received. The people are ready and active and engaged. Now, use your real power, Jill - be like Senator Senators and so many Independents and even Republicans and stand behind the woman who will work with everyone, including the Green Party, for the benefit of all Americans (and, indeed, all people of Earth).
I’m a Psychiatric Nurse, and I know you, Jill. I know your heart and your mind; and I trust you will do what is right.
I know you will continue to serve, as well. And, in a Hillary administration there will be much room for you and others in the Green Party (and Libertarians and Republicans, too).
We really are Stronger Together, Jill. I know you know this.
I advise everyday citizens, CEOs, celebrities and more every day here in Los Angeles and New York…so call me. Seriously, let’s do whatever it takes to work this out together. I know this is difficult to hear; but I know you are good and that you want what is truly best for all.
Let’s do this, Jill. Let’s implement your “The Real Solution” the only way really possible.
