Another day…
I awake in a China jail,
Another day…
I must eat from a pail.
Another day…
No fruit or meat,
Another day…
Hot sticky heat.
Another day…
More stolen time,
Another day…
Not charged with any crime.
Another day…
The stench of pee.
Another day…
No lawyer can I see.
Another day…
So far 385 in all,
Another day…
Not allowed a telephone call.
Another day…
Full of constant noise,
Another day…
That truly annoys.
Another day…
Locked in a 10 by 20 foot cell,
Another day…
With 15 Chinese prisoners – a living hell.
Another day…
No judge – no court,
Another day…
Jailed for an expired passport.
Another day…
The bright light never turns off,
Another day…
In my face strangers sneeze and cough.
Another day…
Exposed to hepatitis and TB,
Another day…
Betrayed by my own embassy.
Another day…
No toilet paper.
Another day…
I must sleep next to a raper.
Another day…
No sun or fresh air,
Another day…
Wearing the same underwear.
Another day…
My wife may think I’m dead,
Another day…
Twenty years ago we wed.
Another day…
In front of a camera I must shower and shit,
Another day…
I can’t file a Habeas Corpus writ.
Another day…
Locked behind steel doors,
Another day…
A symphony of snores.
Another day…
I miss my young sons,
Another day…
I have the runs.

Black mold covers the wall,

I still can’t make a telephone call.

Always plenty of fights,

Denied all my Vienna Convention rights.

Of sleep deprivation,

The raper practices his masturbation.

A single toilet full of turds,

Hearing only Chinese words.

The loneliness grows deep,

My sanity I fight hard to keep.

I must sleep on filthy bedding

I miss my daughter’s wedding.

The guards seek another foreigner to beat,

A fungus has conquered my feet.

The embassy won’t relay my mail

They tell me yet another fairy tale.

My release date came and went
Another day…
Am I really “presumed innocent”?
Another day…
I suddenly realized,
Another day…
That for months I was tranquilized!

15 spent in a Beijing Hospital,
Another day…
Even then denied a telephone call.
Another day…
A senior cop finally leaks some information,
Another day…
My government is making a secret negotiation.
Another day…
I’m part of a Huawei trade deal I’m told
Another day…
But my breath I decide not to hold.
Another day…
The Chinese will turn a blind eye to my rendition,
Another day…
So in 2020 CFO Meng’s charges will be dropped without prosecution
Another day…
I’m told President Trump is not part of this deal,
Another day…
Arranged secretly under a FISA seal.
Another day…
Absolutely nothing to read,
Another day…
Seven sparrows by the window I feed.
Another day…
More tasteless soup and bread,
Another day…
Sometimes wishing to be dead.
Another day…
Memories of my family haunts,
Another day…
That truly daunts.
Another day…
Anxiety and stress fill my head,
Another day…
Twenty strangers watch me get searched naked.
Another day…
The warden say I can go home today!
Another day…
If $1million dollars I can pay.
Another day…
Now the police pretend to be my friends,
Another day…
But they only want to collect at both ends.

The truth growing less,
Another day…
The FBI D5 agents schemed up this mess.

Breathing China’s polluted air,
Another day…
Lice now infest my hair.

A clever political fix,
Another day…
Of more Division 5 Dirty Tricks.

Alone with a rope in a cell I am left,
Another day…
An invitation to suicide – not quite deft.
Another day…
Trapped behind the Great Wall,
Another day…
Still begging for a telephone call.

The Chinese are falsely told I’m a wanted pedophile,
Another day…
This rumor can get me killed in a quick and brutal style.
Another day…
Ends with my curse,
Another day yet to come,
Can it possibly get any worse?

I feel hope is slipping away,
Another day,
For God’s rescue I now pray
Another day…
Now mentally struggling.
Another day…
The cops steal my wedding ring.
Another day…
The police are allowed to rob my home.

I can only write this poem.

I can still recall FBI Greg Coleman’s threats,
Another day…
“Witnesses to government crimes always become defendants”
Another day…
I must now confess,
Another day…
I respect Uncle Sam even less.

Here they want me to die,

On August 23rd, 2019 Corporate Trainer, 3D artist, and author/whistle-blower Bruce Gorcyca was “released” by China’s Public Security Police after being driven about one mile outside the gates of DaXing jail where he was immediately injected with Thorazine (a powerful sedative), and American FBI agents put a hood over his head. They then drove him to Beijing International Airport in Shunyi.
Bruce awoke from his stupor just as United Airlines flight 888 lifted off for a 10 hour non-stop flight for Newark. Joining him on the flight were U.S. Marshals Larsen, Britt, Banks, and Gringcus (phonetic). Bruce was then indicted for the very same 1999 fabricated fraud charges that were already once dismissed by Federal Judge Jack B. On the 92 day, Federal Judge Block dismissed all the charges for a second and final time and Bruce was released From MDC Brooklyn with $240 left to his name.
Those involved in orchestrating these evil games include China PSB officers Qi (Badge no. 013065) his boss, Officer Liu (Badge no. 013111), Warden Zheng (Badge No. 014291) NSB Officer Cheng (Badge No. 014125 – Previous Badge No. 051462) and from the U.S. Beijing Embassy: Supervisor/ALAT Leslie Doumbia, and embassy reps; Travis (honest guy who tried to help), Matt, Jennifer, Sarah, and Erin Thurber, and LEGAT (Legal Attaché FBI Agent – Name Refused).
While jailed incommunicado. The police robbed Bruce’s apartment in the upscale community of Wan Quan Xin Xin Jin Yuan of over $85,000 in cash ($75,000 of which was saved for his older son’s university tuition and $10,000 was saved for stem cell treatment for his 10 year old autistic son. His jewelry, leather coats, and an antique Chinese money collection valued at about $300,000 was also taken. Two days later Bruce’s former assistant was allowed into the apartment to recover what was left of his clothes.
In China, Bruce earned a decent living doing corporate executive training of Government/SOE/SME officials/executives, Teaching Critical Thinking to University and Primary School children, and selling his 3D art under the name of Anthony DeCarlowe (to keep his art work untainted by politics).
