I want to bring this issue under your kind notice that the movie “Maalik” has been banned all over Pakistan. It is a new topic in Pakistan’s industry as the story was about the leaders and politicians of Pakistan.
Three weeks after Ashir Azeem’s directed movie ‘Maalik’ premiered at the theatres all across Pakistan, the Federal Information Ministry and Sindh government has banned the film. No such reason has been specified in the notifications. The film has been accused by some quarters because the topic is promoting ethnic racism and showing Pakistani politicians in bad light.
