To all the good people of Canada, I apologize for staying quiet so long. Because of real threats and false promises made to me and my Canadian family I did not bring this to your attention sooner. Many people in the American government tried very hard to get me killed or locked away where I could not tell my story. When 4 U.S. officials visited me in Canadian custody they verbally made promises that were never put into writing, one of which was to protect my family and I from the people who murdered my Wall Street associate Al Chalem. At the time of his death, Al, like me, was a confidential informant for the FBI. Al was shot five times in the head while he was being "protected" 24/7 by the FBI. So I could understand why maybe they refused to put their verbal promises into writing.

If I was not sabotaged by one of my four Canadian attorneys, William Gilmour, you would have learned about all this 6-10 years ago. Instead, I was sent back to America on a fabricated extradition request. A real extradition hearing would have copies of charging documents and I would have been allowed to testify on my own behalf. None the less, when I was returned to America, Senior Federal Judge Jack B. Weinstein dismissed the fake charges and I returned to my wife and kids in Canada.
