Dogs have the emotional capacity of a 3-year-old child. Dogs love unconditionally, even when people let them down... They forgive. They are truly remarkable. Anyone who neglects them, leaving them tied up in a yard does not deserve to have this amazing creature. Please find someone who will invite the dog into their home, where he/she belongs. If you intentionally torture or abuse a dog, you are an absolutely worthless waste of space in our world. You don't deserve the oxygen that you breathe. I would spare the life of a housefly, before saving yours.
You are scum, pure evil, and I wish you a long, painful eternity in Hell. And I know that's exactly what you'll get when you die. If I could make that happen myself, I would.
